Dragonstage was Founded in 2008 by Vivian, a determined woman with a background in truss stage factory sales, DragonStage has a remarkable story of resilience and growth. When the company's previous owner faced overwhelming debt and sales challenges, Vivian, along with four other shareholders, stepped up to the plate. With unwavering dedication, they led a team of 20 employees and successfully paid off the debt.

In 2009, Vivian embarked on a new journey, expanding DragonStage's reach from mainland China to international markets through popular platforms. This move marked a significant milestone for the company, as it opened doors to new opportunities and allowed for the establishment of our first overseas sales team.

Over the next four years, DragonStage encountered various hurdles, including shareholder departures and employee turnover. In 2014, Vivian became the sole owner of the company. Though in those challenging times, she recognized the company's need for growth and pressed on.

When the factory faced a labor shortage, Vivian took matters into her own hands. She personally worked on the factory floor, even enlisting the help of her father to pack truss and stages. Additionally, her mother joined the team as a cook, ensuring that the workers had nourishing meals during their demanding workdays.

In the face of growing competition, Vivian observed that many clients desired distinctive trusses and stage designs, but were unable to find a shop capable of delivering custom productions. Vivian saw an opportunity and began focusing on catering to this demand.

Driven by her passion for delivering exceptional service, Vivian dedicated her time to learning CAD, Solid works, to enhance DragonStage's custom production capabilities. Simultaneously, she assembled a team to establish a social media presence, showcasing the company's innovative products.
