PE

High molecular weight polyethylene (PE) is the abbreviation of high molecular weight polyethylene sheet. The raw material is granular and becomes shaped plate after light processing. ABS

The English name is acrylonitrile – butadiene – styrene copper, abbreviated as ABS.

ABS has good adhesion with other materials, easy surface printing, coating and coating treatment, high impact strength and surface hardness in a wide temperature range, and good dimensional stability.

The fluidity of ABS melt is better than PVC and PC, but worse than PE, PA and PS, which is similar to POM and hips. The flow characteristics of ABS belong to non-Newtonian fluid. Its melt viscosity is related to processing temperature and shear rate, but it is more sensitive to shear rate.
