LED Display Entertainment Application Guidelines
Application Scenarios: Bars, KTVs, party rooms, and other entertainment venues.
Commonly Used Products: P2.5 / P3 / P4 / Transparent Screens / LED Strips
These entertainment venues often face common issues such as poor ventilation, high humidity, heavy tobacco smoke, special effects like fireworks, and spills of beverages. These factors can severely corrode LED display components, leading to issues like dead pixels and malfunctions.
Nano Coating Treatment: Products should undergo nano coating treatment to maximize protection of components against damage caused by on-site factors.
Humidity Control: If the humidity exceeds 65%RH, dehumidification treatment of the environment should be applied.
Use of High-Quality Water-Based Tobacco Oil: Employ tobacco oil of cosmetic-grade or higher quality to reduce potential damage.
Avoid Direct Smoke Exposure: Smoke should not be sprayed directly onto the screen.
Caution with Fog Machines: Indoor environments are not recommended for the use of fog machines. The powder in fog machines contains metal elements that, with prolonged use, can adhere to LEDs, causing short circuits through component holes and resulting in dead pixels, malfunctions, or persistent illumination.
Protection Level Consideration: The protection level of indoor display screens is IP30, and thus, products should not be exposed to environments with excessive dust.
Maintain Adequate Ventilation: Ensure a well-functioning ventilation system to address the challenges of poor ventilation in these venues.
