What are the features of instrument cases?

Most people think that the flight case is just a packaging tool for people to store goods outside. In fact, it is not. With the continuous development of the flightcase industry in recent years, the flight case tends to be more professional in function. Many types of flight case are manufactured for special fields or applications, such as instrument boxes/ cases.

Instrument case is the most special representative product of flightcase. It is mainly used to protect the placement and storage of some precision scientific instruments, meters and equipment. Instrument box is widely used in electronic industry, communication industry, automation industry, sensor industry and so on. Compared with other flightcases, the instrument case has the following characteristics:

1. The case framework of the instrument box is mainly made of special aluminum profiles, which are coated accordingly. The framework is mainly corrosion-resistant and oxidation-resistant.

2. The case fabric can be selected according to the chromaticity of preventing light. The material is mainly wear-resistant pattern plate with high density, which can be flexibly bonded with other materials, with larger bearing weight and stronger hardness.

3. The internal material of the instrument case is mainly made of synthetic materials imported from Taihua, with low crystallinity and excellent flexibility. It can have strong impact resistance and earthquake resistance to ensure the safety of instruments and equipment. This kind of shockproof material has flexible processability, can meet people's requirements for various cutting processes, and can be laid with shockproof facilities with different instrument shapes. The operation is simple and convenient.

4. In terms of accessory materials, black iron plated alloy is mainly used, mainly to avoid reflection affecting the performance of the instrument.

5. If necessary, corresponding anti radiation materials can also be laid in the instrument case to avoid the impact of some instruments with high radiation on human body.
