17) It is strictly prohibited to use tools with strong impact.
18) Scaffolding is strictly prohibited to be used in strong winds and overload is strictly prohibited.
19) Scaffolding can only be used on solid ground (flat hard ground, concrete ground), etc. It is strictly prohibited to use on soft ground!
